On February 14, 2020 the Kosovar consulate general Fatmire Musliu visited the Landesstelle to get informed about the training course „Automation Technology“ which took place for her compatriots. A group of 16 teachers from the mechatronics field took part in this two-week training. In addition to the technical content the group had the opportunity to learn more about the dual vocational training in Germany. They got an insight into the vocational school center Groß-Gerau and visited another vocational school in Heidelberg as well as a specialist company for security systems and building technology in Mannheim.
Mrs Musliu confirmed the willingness of her consulate to further expand cooperation in the field of vocational training, in particular to promote the technical field, since there is a great need for specialists in Kosovo.
